Moving farther than a local trip? The same insured We Haul Raleigh crew that wraps and loads your furniture in Raleigh travels with it and unloads it at your new home.

Not every move ends in Wake County. We travel outside the Raleigh area for customers moving to other cities, using the same box trucks, quilted pads and careful routine we use on local moves. Call with your destination and move date, and we will confirm right away whether we can take the job and how we would schedule it.
With a small, local crew, the people who wrap and load your furniture are the same people who carry it into your new place. Nobody unfamiliar with your inventory touches it halfway through, and you have one team to talk to from the first call to the last box.
Long distance moves need more planning than a local job. The sections below cover what affects the price, what to expect on moving day and how to prepare.
Tell us what needs to move or go. Box-truck moves get a quote within one business day; small jobs are often priced on the call.
Full households moved with a 15, 20 or 26 ft box truck and a crew sized to your inventory.
Moving for a new job with a fixed start date. We plan loading day around when you need to arrive.
Seniors and families relocating to be near loved ones, with patient help placing furniture in the new home.
A few rooms of furniture or a family heirloom going to a relative or a second home, padded and strapped for the trip.
Our long distance moves include:
Use the online quote form or call (919) 443-0850 with what you need moved or hauled. Box-truck moves get a quote within one business day.
We confirm the crew size, truck and arrival window. Short-notice jobs are often possible, so ask even if your date is close.
Items are wrapped, carried with care and placed exactly where you want them, or hauled away and the space swept clean.
Distance is the biggest variable, followed by how much you are moving. Every long distance move is quoted individually so the price reflects your real job, not an average.
